Electrical Team

We are the nervous system that brings our mission to life. Led by Electrical Lead Oscar Hernandez, our team designs the car’s entire electrical architecture, from high-level schematics to intricate wiring diagrams. Our mission is to provide a robust foundation that allows the car to power through every test and race milestone. 

We are the powerhouse of our vechicle. Led by Solar Array Lead, Anthony Mena, we developed our own solar panels to power Soltron and future cars. We are a passionate driven team in fully learning the best way to create a panels. Our mission is to make we get the best amount of solar energy to power our car.

We are the behind the scene team that ensured our vechicle remains protected and performing at its peak. Led by Telemetry and Battery Lead Jordan Nolakpe, we design our methods in extracting real-time data, and overseeing the battery's health and electrical stability. We maintain a constant link between our car and computers to ensure we operate smoothly and safely for both our drivers and car.

We are the power behind the mission. Led by Battery and Telemetry Lead Jordan Nolakpe, our team designed and created our custom battery pack and the Battery Protection System (BPS) that ensures the car remains safe to operate. We work alongside the Main Electrical Team to insure the car is ready to be driven and tested. We create the dirivng force that turns a parked car into a moving vehicle.
